At The Vegan, we work with a trusted fulfilment centre to carefully pack your orders. Deliveries are couriered by SPX (Shopee Express) to ensure reliable and timely service.

Delivery Timeframe

• West Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days

• East Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days

Shipping Fees

• West Malaysia: Orders below RM199 will be charged RM10 shipping

• East Malaysia: Orders below RM299 will be charged RM30 shipping

Free Shipping Eligibility

Enjoy free shipping within Malaysia when your order meets the following minimum spend:

• West Malaysia: RM199 in a single order

• East Malaysia: RM299 in a single order
